Since I am pretty inexperienced in creating and designing a webpage, I feel kinda proud to finally be able to present an interesting recipe.
This is a Saison style beer with a twist. After primary fermentation is done, Brettanomyces yeast is added. “Brett” will add a funky taste after the beer matures for a while. The hops used in this beer are also quite unusual; Warrior, Kohatu and Motueka.
